Bombardier moves Global 7000/8000 jet production to Queretaro, Mexico facility


Via MexicoToday.org: Bombardier Aerospace recently declared that it will be investing in Mexico again. The manufacturing of the aft fuselage of its Global 7000 and Global 8000 business jets will now take place at Bombardier Mexico's Queretaro, Mexico facility.

Bombardier Aerospace’s Mexican site currently builds the Global 5000 and Global 6000 jets as well as the Learjet 85 aircraft's major composite structures. Real Gervais, the Vice President of the Mexico Manufacturing Centre, Bombardier Aerospace stated,"We are very proud to be part of the Global 7000 and Global 8000 aircraft production team." He went on to say, "We are confident that our team’s proven experience, dedication and commitment to excellence on the current production Global aircraft with make a positive contribution to these innovative new aircraft."
