In 2011, Engel did business in Mexico worth approximately $24.5 million. 60 percent of this business is with the automotive industry, an area in which the company specializes. In the first six months of 2012, auto makers produced an additional 1.41 million light vehicles, 1.25 million more than in the first half of 2011.
