Mexico's Search for a Sustainable Economy

The Mexican Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources, Juan Rafael Elvira Quesada, recently took a trip to Seoul, South Korea, to sign a memorandum to develop positive environmental initiatives with the Global Green Growth Institute.
